DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist or fulfill customers orders in a polite, professional, and expedient manner.
  • Advises customers by guiding them to products by providing information on those products.
  • Handling customer inquiries as it relates to product offerings, pricing, billing, etc.
  • Oversee operations in payments, inventory, product flow, and other related processes.
  • Understand and apply learning regarding tax exempt requirements with ability to gather documentation to support tax exempt status of customers.
  • Maximize sales and profitability through focusing on key business initiatives, inventory management, execution of work process, customer service, loss prevention, risk management, and daily operational cost and efficiency controls.
  • Handle customer escalations.
  • Achieve expert level product knowledge through various avenues, whether online, at the location, or through other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Competent in Math, Microsoft, Problem Solving, Warehouse Management, Route Management, Inventory Management, Customer Relations, and Strong people skills
  • College Degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills with all levels
  • Able to frequently lift 70lbs
