The Mt. Victory branch became part of Champaign Landmark in 1985 when it was purchased from Countrymark. It has two sites in the operation, the dry bulk fertilizer plant is located up town on the railroad and the office and warehouse are located on St. Rt. 31 on the south edge of Mt. Victory, in southeastern Hardin County. It has always been an agronomy branch, offering wide a variety of products. These products include dry and liquid fertilizers, anhydrous ammonia, crop protection chemicals, Croplan Genetics and Shur-Grow seeds, custom application for the Mt. Victory and Horton areas, farmer rental equipment and the Crop Advantage Program. Custom lime spreading and dry fertilizer application with VRT, or Variable Rate Technology is also available.

Other services that Mt. Victory offers is custom treatment of seed with our seed treatment system, and the latest addition, bulk seed delivery to the field. Our treatment systems can treat up to 800 units per hour, and we can deliver approximately 325 bulk units to the field at one time.

Lynn Smith is branch manager and has been in the fertilizer business since 1976. We service an area within a 20 mile radius around Mt. Victory, including the Horton branch.
