Access to your new Heritage Cooperative Account

All customers will need to go through the “first time sign on” option to create a password.  This password can be the same password you have for your Champaign Landmark Account or Farmers Commission Company Account.

Heritage Cooperative Account Access will provide you your account information from September 1, 2009 and forward.  For account information prior to September 1, 2009, you will need to access your account information through the Champaign Landmark Online or The Farmers Commission Company Online.

To sign on, customers will need their Customer Account Number, create a password, the last 4 digits of Social Security Number or Federal Identification Number, and email address.  A customer must have their Social Security Number or Federal Identification Number on file with us for you to be able to sign on.

Most of the customer’s account numbers will remain the same for Heritage Cooperative, but there are a few account numbers that changed.  If you had a customer account in both companies, the Champaign Landmark account number will be used by Heritage Cooperative, but there are a few customers that may be keeping their Farmers Commission Company customer account number.  If you have any questions on your account number, please call us.
