PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD POLICY

As a part of normal business, our Feed & Pet Stores and Petroleum Division accept payment by Credit Cards for cash sales and payment on accounts.

Payment by Credit Card for Agricultural Input (Fertilizer, Chemical, Seed, and Services) and Commercial Feeders is limited to a maximum of $5000 per month.  This includes payment to account of prior charged input.  Customers may pay on account up to a maximum of $5000 per month.

For Prepay Products and Cash & Carry Chemicals, we do not accept payment by Credit Card.  Payment is by Cash, Check, or Money Order.

Payment On Account by Credit Card is available Online @ www.heritagecooperative.com “My Account”.  Customers will need to sign up (if they have not already) to view account online and also they will need to sign up for “PAY ACCOUNT” option.  This is the preferred method to Pay on Account by Credit Card, but customers may visit the locations of Mechanicsburg Store, Dublin Store, Kenton Credit Department, and Urbana Regional Office.   For security of personal information, Payment on Account by Credit Card by “calling in” is discouraged.

Past Due Accounts have the option to pay off account with Credit Card.  These persons are to contact the Credit Department.
