Heritage Cooperative to work with Land O’Lakes SUSTAIN, Campbell Soup Company to support stewardship on Ohio farms

Heritage Cooperative today announced it will work alongside Land O’Lakes SUSTAIN and Campbell Soup Company to help Ohio wheat farmers benchmark their stewardship work and strive to continue safeguarding the air, land and water. Together, the companies will seek to enroll 60,000 Ohio wheat acres in the program, which was previously piloted in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Did you know that Boron impacts flowering set and fruiting, helping with pollination? Targeting boron at the leaf tissue can also help mobilize photosynthates and feed the newly fertilized kernels in the beginning stages of blister and milk. In this particularly wet year, there seems to be an enhanced rate of deficiencies of Boron.

It is our pleasure to announce that James Cullman joined Heritage Cooperative Agronomy team on Monday, May 20th as an Agronomy Sales Representative.  Jim will join our Kenton Agronomy team.  His primary duties will be to maintain and develop new customer relationships.
