Dave Hamric
Nutritional Consultant


David Hamric serves as a nutritional consultant specializing in beef and swine. Dave grew up on a beef and swine farm in rural Harrison County.
 
He began his co-op career in 1982 at the Cadiz Landmark. Over the past 38 years, splitting his time and years in management, service, and nutritional consulting. Dave and his wife Lin, reside outside of Jewett, Ohio, have three grown children and two grandsons. Dave and Lin also work with her father maintaining a 75 head cow/calf and hay production operation on the family farm.

Allan Robison
Livestock Nutritional Specialist


Allan earned his B.S. in Agriculture from The Ohio State University with a focus on beef cattle production and nutrition. He has been with Heritage in management positions for more than 15 years. Prior to working for Heritage, he was the herdsman for The Ohio State University Beef Center where he was involved in various beef reproductive and nutrition research trials. In addition, he was the herdsman for a large cow/calf operation in eastern Ohio.
 
Allan serves as a member of the operating committee for the Ohio Beef Council. He received the Young Cattleman award in 2013 and his family was recognized as the Commercial Producer of the Year in 2018 by the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association. In addition to working for Heritage Cooperative, he also operates Robison Farms with his family. Allan resides in western Ohio with his wife and two children who enjoy life on the farm.

Sam Weingart
Dairy Nutritionist


Sam received an Associate’s Degree in Dairy Herd Management from Ohio State ATI and a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences with a minor in Agronomy from Ohio State University. He has also completed Purina Animal Nutrition’s Dairy Master 2-year program and is currently serving as a Dairy Nutritional Consultant for Heritage Cooperative. Sam and his family’s dairy farm are located in New Waterford, Ohio.
