Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Mar 30, 2020

At Heritage Cooperative®, we are constantly monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and intend to keep our customers updated with our plans as they evolve. We will continue to follow guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health to keep our employees and customers safe.

We continue to restrict all non-essential visitors at each of our locations until further notice. We are asking visitors and customers to do business via telephone, email or text whenever possible. For customers who are delivering or picking up grain or other products, we ask that you call ahead to allow employees to be ready for you.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is ever-changing and we will continue to adjust as needed. Ultimately, the safety and health of our employees and customers is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding. We are all in this together.
