Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Apr 06, 2020

We are all in this together!

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health to keep our employees and customers safe, we are strengthened by the fact that we are all doing our part to fight this crisis together.

Heritage Cooperative® locations will continue to restrict all non-essential visitors until further notice. We are asking visitors and customers to do business via telephone, email or text. For customers who are delivering or picking up grain or other products, we ask that you call ahead to allow employees to be ready for you and so that you will not need to leave your vehicle.

As directed by the Governor, our retail locations will have posted the maximum number of customers allowed in the store at one time. We will also be practicing safe distancing.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is ever-changing and we will continue to adjust as needed. Ultimately, the safety and health of our employees and customers is our top priority.

Thank you for your business!
