Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

At Heritage Cooperative®, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health to keep our employees and customers safe.

Our locations are open to customers and the public. Heritage employees will be practicing safe distancing and maintaining other safety standards to ensure the well-being of employees and customers alike. We ask that visitors to our facilities do the same.

For those customers who prefer, we are still conducting business via telephone, email or text. For customers who are delivering or picking up grain or other products, if you prefer, call ahead to allow employees to be ready for you and so that you will not need to leave your vehicle.

The coronavirus is a fluid situation and we will continue to adjust as needed. Ultimately, the safety and health of our employees and customers is our top priority. Thank you for your continued support and for your business.
