Heritage is proud to play a role in the future of our industry by offering internships to motivated young professionals interested in learning more about our business. The Heritage Cooperative internship program offers a wide range of hands-on opportunities that facilitate learning and growth for future leaders of agriculture.
In May 2022, Heritage welcomed five interns who spent the summer with one of our many divisions, including agronomy, retail, feed, grain, and marketing. Each intern was assigned a specific project intended to strengthen their skillsets, build their careers, and drive continued growth for the company. At the end of their internship in August, each intern presented the projects they worked on throughout the summer to the Heritage leadership team. We value the meaningful work and insight our interns provide, as we are committed to continuous improvement.
