Market Commentary 

As we round out the week and month's end, the grain markets appear to be struggling. Yesterday, we had a first look into the 25/26 crop year with acreage and yield numbers published from the Ag Forum.

The grain markets continued their wild ride again this week. Soybean futures are once again testing lows on weaker crushing margins and lack of export demand.

Rail labor unions and railroads have agreed to extend the “cooling off” (or “status quo”) period in their contract negotiations, eliminating the threat of a freight rail service shutdown next week.
