Cake Ingredients:
- 1, 20 oz can crushed pineapple
 - 2 cups sugar
 - 2 cups flour
 - 1 cup chopped walnuts
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
 - ½ cup softened oleo (Blue Bonnett)
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
 
- Mix all cake ingredients well.
 - Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350°F for 30 - 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
 - For frosting, mix all ingredients well with a hand mixer.
 - Spread frosting on cake when cool.
 - Sprinkle walnuts on top.
 - Refrigerate cake, serve and enjoy!
 
- Keep refrigerated
 - For best flavor, serve after cake has been chilled for one day
