Serves: 20-25

Cake Ingredients:
  • 1, 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting Ingredients:
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup softened oleo (Blue Bonnett)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
Method:
  • Mix all cake ingredients well.
  • Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350°F for 30 - 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • For frosting, mix all ingredients well with a hand mixer.
  • Spread frosting on cake when cool.
  • Sprinkle walnuts on top.
  • Refrigerate cake, serve and enjoy!
Notes:
  • Keep refrigerated
  • For best flavor, serve after cake has been chilled for one day
