Crockpot Lasagna
Crockpot Lasagna (Vegetarian)

Cook Time: 4 hours
Serves: 8-10

  • 1 box lasagna noodles (NOT no-boil)
  • 2 jars pasta sauce (may not use all)
  • 1 bag baby spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tub ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 bag shredded Italian cheese blend (Kraft)
  • 4 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan (optional)
  • In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach and ricotta or cottage cheese.
  • In a large crockpot, layer ingredients:
  • Break uncooked lasagna noodles to fit.
  • Add pasta sauce, spinach and cheese mix, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, noodles, and repeat.
  • Finish with shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  • Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
