The Campbell’s Soup Company published a blog titled ‘A year in the life of Lee: A crop advisor with an agriculture retailer’ which features Heritage Cooperative and Certified Crop Advisor Lee Orians. The premise of the blog is to help educate consumers on the important role ag retailers play in working with growers as part of the food production value chain. Since 2019, Heritage has partnered with Campbell’s and Truterra to provide growers with resources that help them to protect the air, land, and water, and the economic health of their farms.

NEW WASHINGTON, OH - First responders raced to save two individuals trapped inside a grain bin on Marsh Road just outside of New Washington in Crawford County. Harlan Martin, 65, was life-flighted from the scene by MedFlight after being trapped in the grain bin filled with corn for several hours. It is unknown the extent of his injuries and how he got stuck in the first place.
